Tycoon Gold Addon

Does It work as it says it does? The truth is
, it most certainly works as it says!
The claim is that by using Tycoon that you can increase your profits by 230%. I actually believe they were being nice about it, that number is low. Most see 500-700% more gold than usual while using the same strategies.
This is how it works
Tycoon is very simple but very powerful.
What they did was take the most complex parts of gold making and the parts that take the most time and made an add-on that is completely automated. Since it is automated it means that the strategy has been optimized so that now you are more effective at getting gold. The result is about 5 times more gold than you are used to seeing.
Gathering, grinding/farming, crafting, auction house playing, and Dailies are the strategies that are included. The WoW gaming community uses these strategies to about 95% so there is really nothing left out.
Tycoon studies the economy on your server using AI and shows you stuff such as:
- What strategy to use to make the most money
- What item to use to make the most money
- The best way to get the best item by showing you the best routes to use and/or the best farming areas
- It will tell you what item everyone is using and what is an alternative so that there is no competition, but with high demand.
What that means to you is an increase in getting more of that item because there is no competition. Since the demand is high you can sell it for higher prices.
Here is a walk through
As soon as you start the game you should scan the auction house so that Tycoon can learn your economy. It takes almost no time and is as easy as pushing one button. It's similar to Auctioneer except that the scan is super fast and only takes about 30 seconds to do.
Once the scan is done it will have all that it needs. You will then see a window pop up with a list of items in order as to how much the add-on thinks you will make an hour if you choose to try out that item.
It is very impressive how accurate the program is and how it is able to give you such perfect advice on items that will make you the most money the fastest.
A lot of times you will see an item at the top of the list that you would have never guessed would make you the most money an hour. This is where Tycoon really shows off. Since it is an automated program it can scan larger amounts of data that would normally take you hours to do and in a few seconds.
Usually what people do is skip the economy studies and go to what they feel makes them the most money the fastest. With Tycoon you will see that this is not always the case. It knows things you wouldn't know, such as market inflation, and when there is too much competition for certain items. It knows when it is a bad time to try for an item and tells you an alternative. It feels good to know that you will always be doing what strategy is best to make you the most money in the fastest time.
The program shows you, not just tells you the best way to make the most money.
Lets say it tells you Cobalt ore is best to get now, all you do is click “show me the routes” and Tycoon will show you the best routes. This creates ant trails for you which will show you the places with the highest population so that you can skip those mining locations.
Because this is a short review it is hard to go over all the features that have been added to the Gathering Module, but all five of the strategies have some sort of feature like this that can optimize the gathering and in the shortest time!
The cons
I couldn't really find any bad thing about Tycoon Gold Addon.
Sometimes it will put an item at the top of the list that is not in very high demand. But it shows you the demand of that item and tells you the demand is low. As long as you are watching what you are doing you can make sure not to go for that item, and you should sell it as fast as possible. But if you don't you will just need to wait and it will eventually sell.
Conclusion
This changes gold making for life. Once you use it you won't even play without it.
For a new thing there are very few bugs. With all it's features it is hard NOT to make gold.
